Make it simple…
From the initial gutter cleaning quote to job completion we strive to make gutter cleaning the easiest service you schedule all year long and we back it up. How it works…
Get a quote. Either call our office at 404-461-9233 or use our online system which is the easiest way. Our system looks up a ton of information about your house including satellite pictures. We receive that information and someone from our office takes a look and works you up a price and will email you the quote. It usually only takes a few minutes to get the quote out to you.
Schedule service. Once you have looked over the quote and are ready to go simply click the link in the quote and get your gutter cleaning service in the active queue. We are typically 4-10 days out from the time you schedule to the gutter cleaning being completed.
Look for email the day before we come out. After booking you will receive a confirmation email, but not a specific day for the gutter cleaning because we are working around the weather. You will receive an email notification the day before we come out for the gutter cleaning. We do not require anyone to be home for the gutter cleaning service to be completed since everything is done from the exterior of the home, so meeting us there is completely optional. If you’re worried about missing a day of work, don’t worry, let us handle it.
Payment. First…make sure you are happy with everything! If not, we’re available to you via phone call or email and we will make it right. We are paperless, so as soon as the gutter cleaning is completed the invoice will be emailed to you. You can use the email to pay online through our secure system, or you can simply mail us a check if you prefer.
Service Agreement. If you’re like most people you forget your gutter cleaning service until there is a problem. Or, you think it’s been a couple of months since your last gutter cleaning and it’s actually been 2 years! Either way, let us take care of it for you. You’re busy, you don’t have time to check the gutters, we get it. After your first service we will offer you a chance to save some money off each gutter cleaning and have your service automated.
FAQs
what process do you use to get the gutters cleaned out?
We send a team of uniformed employees driving company trucks to your house. They are highly trained and a crew will complete up to 100 gutter cleaning jobs every week, so they really know what they are doing. We will access the roof at the easiest point and do all the gutter cleaning from up top. We will blow all loose debris off the roof, clean out all debris from inside the gutter system, and we check and clear all downspouts as we are going along. All the debris from the gutter cleaning ends up on the ground. We come down off the house and will blow or put that debris in whatever natural or logical area on your property. Don’t worry, our goal is to leave the property looking the same or better than before we got there.
Does gutter cleaning include cleaning the outside face of the gutters?
The face of the gutters can become dirty and stained and this happens for several reasons. When we talk about gutter cleaning we are only talking about cleaning the debris our of the interior of the gutter system so that it will work properly. We are not doing any cosmetic cleaning to the gutters besides the clean up we do behind ourselves. We do not offer cleaning the face of the gutters, but just so you know, to clean off those stains the gutter will have to be sprayed with cleaning chemicals and then wiped clean.

I have some gutters that are not working or are damaged. What can you do?
Most people that call us for a gutter cleaning service have an area or two that they are concerned with. We can take a look and see what needs to be done while we are cleaning the gutters. The crew foreman will work you up a quote for any additional repairs and present that to you. We can almost always complete any repairs without a separate visit.
What do you do with underground drains connected to the gutters?
Most homes have some, if not all, of their downspouts connected to an underground drainage system. The problem is that if you have open gutters then debris will make its way down into the underground system. Luckily, most of the debris stays up in the horizontal gutter and we do not see too many underground drains clogged. In the gutter cleaning process, we check each downspout to make sure its clear. If it is not clear, then we take it apart and clear it out and then put it back together. When we come to a downspout that is connected to the underground system, we confirm the above ground metal downspout is clear, but as far as what is going on down in that underground system, we just have no idea and is not a part of the gutter cleaning service.
why should i choose you over someone else?
Focus. Our focus is completely on gutter cleaning service and gutter repairs. We are gutter experts! A lot of companies offer window washing or pressure washing or lawn care as their main service and then also do gutter cleaning “on the side”. The problem with this is that gutter cleaning is much more difficult than these other jobs. It requires special people and special training. Also, you cannot easily check behind the service techs as your gutters are high and hard to get to. If your lawn service doesn’t cut half your yard you’re going to know, if the lawn service only cleans the easy gutters they can get to, you probably will not realize it.
Pricing: We work on volume so we’re not trying to get the most money out of you as we possibly can. Just as an example, I’ve received quotes from different companies for my personal house and pricing was anywhere from $120 to $295 and our charge would have been $145. Also, our business is completely built around repeat service, so we will take good care of you so that you come back year after year.
Employees, not contractors: Many companies offering gutter cleaning in Alpharetta send poorly trained random contractors to your house in a beat up truck. No joking here, its for real.
Do you have insurance and what type? Who/what does it cover and why should I care?
We carry a Workers Compensation policy and a General Liability policy (and Auto). Typically, a General Liability policy would cover damage that was caused to your property during a job. Workers Comp typically would cover an injury that an employee may have while on your property. Why is this important? For one, gutter cleaning is extremely dangerous unless you know what you are doing. If someone gets hurt on your property they can come after you for damages which can be life changing for you in a bad way! Just make sure that whomever you hire to clean the gutters carries Workers Compensation and that no one is “excluded” from the policy. Make sure they don’t send out contractors that will not be covered under their policy (this happens a lot). Another thing to watch out for is a “no coverage” Workers Comp policy. This is where the owner has purchased a policy for a one time fee and then excludes himself…the only employee. The owner can now truthfully tell you he carries Workers Comp and even show you a certificate but there is no coverage behind it if he gets hurt. When in doubt, get a certificate, and then call the insurance company to verify.
I have water coming into my house, will gutter cleaning solve that problem?
Maybe yes, maybe no. However, gutter cleaning is the first place to start. Especially if you haven’t had it done in a long time. It could simply be that water is collecting at the base of the house instead of running through the gutter system and that is your issue. It could be other things as well not related to the gutters, but since gutter cleaning doesn’t cost that much its a good place to start and hopefully solve your water intrusion issues.
Training, training, and more training…
Gutter cleaning is one of the most labor intensive jobs out there. Steep roofs, gutters you cannot reach from a ladder, dragging 100 lb ladders around, wear and tear on your legs from the pitch of the roof, its hot as heck up there, getting your hands scratched up, etc. Every tech here has been through an intense training procedure. Only 3 in 7 make it through training without dismissal.
